There are several options. If you, yourself or anyone on your team have the time and penchant to conduct the search, then make a list of companies that provide similar services to yours – ideally based in your geographical area, if you want the Manager based there (if not, it is a lesser concern). Identify, approach and recruit the people who drive the business to the funnel of those companies….etc. And there is alot of etcetera.

A suggestion would be to partner with an executive search firm, and have them conduct the search for you in a prioritized manor. Hobson Associates has one of the best reputations for your niche.

Hello Friend

I can know your requiremet but if you do not mind I want to suggest something.

You certainly would be having some people in you firm who have knowledge of marketing products offline. Now these people are used to the norm and products that your company deals with. If you can train your existing offline marketers with some thoughts of online marketing then it might be a fantastic help to you.

I believe in this way you will have to benifits:
1) You will not need to product train your new employees.
2) You will not face any extra expense on employing a online marketer.

I for myself own three websites that deals with different products and have to do a lot of marketing to keep up with the scenerio. I do it myself. Initially although I was skepticle about online marketing but in due time I picked up quite well.
Thus I firmly believe you won’t like to pay for an extra man when you can get it done easily.

Now there are a lot of places from where you can get thoughts regarding marketing your product online. I recently came across a blog that has discussed certain aspects very elaborately. You would certainly like to have a look on it.

Best of Luck!
